Dartone D'Fehr
(Daggermark Cavalry Lieutenant).
D'Fehr brought a fortune to Daggermark after retiring as an Admiral from the Chelaxian navy. He is proudly Chelaxian and a supporter of House Thrune. Despite (or perhaps because) slavery is absolutely outlawed throughout the River Kingdoms, D'Fehr has a small retinue of mindless 'friends' that are adorned with collars, who never speak, and who do his bidding without fail. D’Fehr insists they are free-willed beings able to go of their own accord, though he admits that 'as a matter of charity,' he feeds and houses them.
D'Fehr owns the Rim of Hell tavern. A Hell Knight bodyguard accompanies him everywhere, and he commands a small retinue of them within the city. Thought to be the chief operator at the center of Chelaxian affairs, he has more favors owed him in the city than any other, which makes him perhaps the most powerful man in the city.
Tayo Jeggare
(Captain, Daggermark Heavy Infantry).
Tayo is a young and rising star of the Chelaxian noble house, House Jeggare, which is renown for its wealth. He is the official Chelaxian ambassador to the River Kingdoms regional government, and he is the leader of the Chelaxian political district within the city (which itself dominates city politics).
Tayo and D'Fehr are a tandem working together inside and outside the law to win for Cheliax the love and fear of the citizens of the city.
'Door' Doorud
(Auxiliary reserve).
'Door' Doorud represents the Galton district within Daggermark. Comprised of renown craftsmen, wealthy merchants, and the best markets for most goods in the city, the district has a derth of experienced soldiers, and so relied on friends within Chelaxian spheres for their defence. This position became untenable when Andoran declared independence, and the proxy civil war within Daggermark left them with no choice but to kiss the ring of House Thrune or face down Cheliax, against which they cannot prevail.
Those in his district who stood with the Andorans found themselves exiled, or disappeared. Peace has required 'Door' to follow Jeggare... obediently. From all appearances, he had no other viable route to protect his district. His district ostracizes Andorans and their allies, at least when Chelaxians are looking.
Gnarl Greycloak
(Devil's Quarter District Auxiliary).
Gnarl is an alias; Greycloak is a reference to his semi-concealed status as one of the exiles of the Kyonin crime ring known as The Grey. While little is known of him in his current role, he is employed as a district guard for the Devil's Quarter
Gnarl and Cerenthir fought a duel demanded by D'Fehr, in which they covertly acknowledged their shared past. Little is known about him other than that he regularly sits at the ready of his Chelaxian employers, often within the Rim of Hell.
